• New limit enhancement form with mention complete details
• New Undertaking for cross border transaction form with mention complete details
• Clear copy of CNIC
• Last 3 Months Salary slip
• 1 Year Bank Statement with Bank Stamp and Signature if Other bank (In which 12 Salaries should be reflecting)

For Business Person (sole proprietor)

• New limit enhancement form with mention complete details
• New Undertaking for cross border transaction form with mention complete details
• Clear copy of CNIC
• Account maintaining certificate (stating the nature of business Sole Proprietor or Partnership and PVT ltd)
• Last 1 Year Bank Statement of business account with Bank Stamp and Signature if Other bank
